Across TCGA cell cohorts, RESF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,283 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RESF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transposable element silencing by heterochromatin formation, Chromatin looping, and Protein sumoylation. Each is linked with RESF1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RESF1-to-partner and partner-to-RESF1 results are reported.
