RERG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RERG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,227 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RERG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, TNS2_S648, and MYO1C. Each is linked with RERG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RERG-to-partner and partner-to-RERG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RERG versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RERG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RERG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
