Across TCGA patient cohorts, RERG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RERG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RERG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RERG-to-partner and partner-to-RERG results are reported.
