Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, REPS2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated REPS2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher REPS2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REPS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and COAD show a favorable association.

PDAC, COAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where REPS2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
