REPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,143 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REPS2_T479, REPS2_S493, and CTPS2. Each is linked with REPS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REPS2-to-partner and partner-to-REPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REPS2 versus REPS2_T479 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
