Across TCGA patient cohorts, REPS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,695 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX1P4, CBX1P2, and TMEM144. Each is linked with REPS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REPS2-to-partner and partner-to-REPS2 results are reported.
