Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ACC1, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with REPS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REPS2-to-partner and partner-to-REPS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by REPS2-low versus REPS2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
