Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, REPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,995 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHMP4B, ELF3, and MB. Each is linked with REPS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REPS2-to-partner and partner-to-REPS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REPS2 versus CHMP4B in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
