Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,637 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REPS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID1B, VTA1, and PPIL4. Each is linked with REPS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REPS1-to-partner and partner-to-REPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REPS1 versus ARID1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
