Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,699 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINT3, TFB1M, and ABRACL. Each is linked with REPS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REPS1-to-partner and partner-to-REPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REPS1 versus HINT3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
