Across TCGA patient cohorts, REPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P21, CCL5, and LINC00869. Each is linked with REPS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REPS1-to-partner and partner-to-REPS1 results are reported.
