Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, REPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, OR2A5, and KIR2DL3. Each is linked with REPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REPS1-to-partner and partner-to-REPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by REPS1-low versus REPS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
