Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REP15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,026 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK1, PLAAT3, and ALKAL2. Each is linked with REP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REP15-to-partner and partner-to-REP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REP15 versus KLK1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.99.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→REP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
