RENBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RENBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,092 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RENBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVG, ITGAL, and PLEK. Each is linked with RENBP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RENBP-to-partner and partner-to-RENBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RENBP versus PARVG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RENBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RENBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
