RENBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RENBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,832 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RENBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB5, CRTAM, and CD48. Each is linked with RENBP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RENBP-to-partner and partner-to-RENBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RENBP versus LILRB5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RENBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RENBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
