RENBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RENBP mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 801 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RENBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPHK2, SCO2, and KBTBD2. Each is linked with RENBP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RENBP-to-partner and partner-to-RENBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPHK2 grouped by RENBP-low versus RENBP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RENBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RENBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
