REN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFILZ, PGAP2, and SWI5. Each is linked with REN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REN-to-partner and partner-to-REN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFILZ grouped by REN-low versus REN-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REN→partner) and Y-score (partner→REN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
