Across TCGA cell cohorts, REN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 979 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in absence of ligand, Signal transduction in absence of ligand, and Positive regulation of high-density lipoprotein particle clearance. Each is linked with REN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REN-to-partner and partner-to-REN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in absence of ligand grouped by REN-low versus REN-high in LUNG_SCLC.
