REN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,247 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REN-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1B1, ASCC2, and TBC1D10A. Each is linked with REN in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REN-to-partner and partner-to-REN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REN versus AP1B1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REN→partner) and Y-score (partner→REN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
