REM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,967 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF17, TLN1, and SORBS3. Each is linked with REM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REM1-to-partner and partner-to-REM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REM1 versus ARHGEF17 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
