Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,059 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCA, PHOSPHO1, and GGNBP2. Each is linked with REM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REM1-to-partner and partner-to-REM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REM1 versus SGCA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
