REM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, A-Raf_pS299, and Gab2. Each is linked with REM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REM1-to-partner and partner-to-REM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by REM1-low versus REM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
