Across TCGA cell cohorts, REM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 941 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane tubulation, Regulation of cell communication by electrical coupling involved in cardiac conduction, and Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process. Each is linked with REM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REM1-to-partner and partner-to-REM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Membrane tubulation grouped by REM1-low versus REM1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
