REM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100G, ASB17, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with REM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REM1-to-partner and partner-to-REM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S100G grouped by REM1-low versus REM1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
