RELT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,050 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8L2, WIPF1, and PLEKHO2_T311. Each is linked with RELT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELT-to-partner and partner-to-RELT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELT versus TNFAIP8L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
