Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 973 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RELT-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHHADH, SOX3, and RPL12P42. Each is linked with RELT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELT-to-partner and partner-to-RELT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELT versus EHHADH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
