RELT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RELT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBL2, CSHL1, and TP53TG3E. Each is linked with RELT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELT-to-partner and partner-to-RELT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBL2 grouped by RELT-low versus RELT-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
