RELN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,997 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, FAM136A, and GIT1. Each is linked with RELN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELN-to-partner and partner-to-RELN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
