Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Cyclin-E2, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with RELN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELN-to-partner and partner-to-RELN results are reported.
