RELN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RELN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,610 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELN-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMOTL1, CCSER1, and PRKAR2B. Each is linked with RELN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELN-to-partner and partner-to-RELN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
