Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,005 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPH1_S809, DLGAP4_T915, and HSPH1. Each is linked with RELL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELL2-to-partner and partner-to-RELL2 results are reported.
