Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,415 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RELL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SEPTIN3, and NEFH. Each is linked with RELL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELL2-to-partner and partner-to-RELL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELL2 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
