RELL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-314P, RN7SL97P, and IGHD2-2. Each is linked with RELL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELL2-to-partner and partner-to-RELL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-314P grouped by RELL2-low versus RELL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
