RELL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,978 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPH1, DDX27, and ZNRD2. Each is linked with RELL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELL1-to-partner and partner-to-RELL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELL1 versus HSPH1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
