Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,599 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RELL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGM2, ZNF699, and ZADH2. Each is linked with RELL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELL1-to-partner and partner-to-RELL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELL1 versus PGM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
