RELL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and Tuberin. Each is linked with RELL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELL1-to-partner and partner-to-RELL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by RELL1-low versus RELL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
