Across TCGA cell cohorts, RELL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,907 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Cytosolic transport, and Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration. Each is linked with RELL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELL1-to-partner and partner-to-RELL1 results are reported.
