RELCH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,124 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP37, SETD1B, and MBD1. Each is linked with RELCH in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELCH-to-partner and partner-to-RELCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELCH versus USP37 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
