RELCH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELCH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, VPS4B, and NEDD4L. Each is linked with RELCH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELCH-to-partner and partner-to-RELCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELCH versus SMAD4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
