Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,662 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RELCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLK3, MRPS11, and FAM162B. Each is linked with RELCH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELCH-to-partner and partner-to-RELCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLK3 grouped by RELCH-low versus RELCH-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
