Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELCH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, JNK2, and MSH2. Each is linked with RELCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELCH-to-partner and partner-to-RELCH results are reported.
