Across TCGA cell cohorts, RELCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,846 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RELCH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of exosomal secretion, Centriole-centriole cohesion, and Ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process via the multivesicular body sorting pathway. Each is linked with RELCH in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELCH-to-partner and partner-to-RELCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of exosomal secretion grouped by RELCH-low versus RELCH-high in BREAST.
