Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RELB mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RELB data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher RELB mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RELB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM, PDAC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RELB mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
