RELB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,478 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFKB2, MNDA, and FERMT3. Each is linked with RELB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELB-to-partner and partner-to-RELB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELB versus NFKB2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
