Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,352 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RELB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL4I1, SOD2, and BIRC3. Each is linked with RELB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELB-to-partner and partner-to-RELB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELB versus IL4I1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
