Across TCGA cell cohorts, RELB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,884 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Non-canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, and Response to manganese ion. Each is linked with RELB in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELB-to-partner and partner-to-RELB results are reported.
