RELA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,971 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELA-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS5, PACS1, and PCNX3. Each is linked with RELA in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELA-to-partner and partner-to-RELA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELA versus INTS5 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
