RELA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,151 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIK3R4_S853, CCN1, and MLYCD. Each is linked with RELA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELA-to-partner and partner-to-RELA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RELA versus PIK3R4_S853 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
