Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,371 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RELA-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF1AD, EHD1, and BDH1. Each is linked with RELA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELA-to-partner and partner-to-RELA results are reported.
