REL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,589 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KLHDC4, ARHGAP45, and PLEK. Each is linked with REL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REL-to-partner and partner-to-REL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REL versus KLHDC4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REL→partner) and Y-score (partner→REL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
